So, I got my cute pumpkin over there in that pic and I decided to make a pumpkin custard from Diane Sanfilippo in Practical Paleo. The difference was I added more egg yolks ( My pumpkin pie recipes always call for more egg yolks on top of eggs so I just decided to to that) and I put it in a pie pan instead of individual ramekins. So, it's like a crustless pumpkin pie. I could've done a paleo crust with nuts and coconut, but I wasn't in the mood. Next time ;)
